Epps Learning Center School & Holiday Schedule

Epps Learning Center will adhere to the Richmond County School calendar. On early release days, the students will attend the afterschool program from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Daily Schedule

  • 3:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Arrival at the center
  • 3:20 p.m. - 4:10 p.m. Work Sessions/Computer Lab/Homework Assistance/Tutoring
  • 4:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Snacks/Restroom
  • 4:35 p.m. - 4:50 p.m. Free Time/Outside Activites/Arts and Crafts/Board Games
  • 4:55 p.m. - 5:50 p.m. Work Sessions/Computer Lab/Homework Assistance/Tutoring
  • 5:55 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Preparation for Dismissal

Emergency and Inclement Weather Closing

In event of an emergency, closing and/or inclement weather, parents will be notified of the closing by local media (tv, radio, internet etc.).  Epps Learning Center afterschool program will be closed.

If there is an emergency at the Center and the children need to be evacuated from the building, the Staff will notify the parents or emergency contact person of the pickup location. Parents or emergency contact person will report directly to the alternate location(s).

APPLY FOR CHILD AND PARENT SERVICE (CAPS) PROGRAM
